How to delete your BalloUp account

  1. Open BalloUp.
  2. Tap the Settings icon on the main screen.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog, review the notice: “You’ll lose everything if you delete your account.”
  5. Tap Yes to confirm (or No to cancel).

Processing time: Deletion is processed within a few minutes. After completion, your account and associated data are permanently removed.

What data is deleted

When you confirm deletion, all data associated with your account in BalloUp is erased. We do not retain personal data after deletion.

  • Gameplay progress and in-app state
  • Account identifiers used by the game
  • Other app-related saved information

Do I need to contact support?
No. Account deletion is fully self-service inside the app.

How long does it take?
Usually a couple of minutes from confirmation.
